Under which conditions are outboard wheel motors allowed?

1. The TS wiring is of a length enough not be damaged even if the wheel is displaced (e.g. break of tie rod)
2. TS wiring will not touch the chassis regardless of where it is damaged
3. The shutdown circuit is activated if the TS wiring is damagedCorrect
4. The activation of the shutdown circuit occurs at max 1s after the TS wiring is damaged
